This hotel is registered under the name Khorasan Ghasr international Company by Khorasan Company Registration office with registration number 5390. It is built in a plot f land with an area of approximately 2500 Sq. Meters and a construction area of 20000 Sq. Meters in 11 stories.

This hotel is built and equipped under the regulation of the ministry of culture & Islamic Guidance & international standards in accordance with the standards of a five star hotel, in three phases in the main front in Imam Reza Ave.

After renovation and completion of constructional activity & phase one facilities which were completed in February 1998 has in the main began operating and as result has received commendation for its excellent work shipman.

Observance of the regulation & munificent decoration from the ministry of culture & Islamic guidance & the regional health department.

Ghasr international hotel is situated less than 700 meters from the holy shrine of Imam Reza & it is equipped with all service facilities in accordance with international standards of which a brief description is given below.

This hotel has many halls & saloons of which the Ghasr hall is strictly used for wedding & has facilities such as a room for marriage ceremony, hairdressers, bathroom & a special room for

the bride & bridegroom. The Renoir hall is strictly for conference and Zanbagh saloon contains the hotel's main restaurant, while Alaleh saloon is the hotel's native restaurant.
